A Team From Scotland has recently returned from running a pioneering Youth Alpha training event in Liberia, West Africa.

Mark was a key note speaker at the Scottish Student Conference in November. He is married to Joanne, and they have three children who traitorously support their mother to cheer for Ireland in the rugby. He is addicted to 24, dependent on real coffee, ruthless at Monopoly, a hazard on a motorbike and, so we are told, not a pretty sight in the mornings....

Maria: I grew up in a very close-knit Italian family in Glasgow.

We all went to mass every Sunday, that was our tradition and it was very important to us.

More than 1300 people attended Alpha Scotland's vision day and evening celebration in Glasgow to launch the 'Kingdom Come' Year of Prayer.

There were lots of testimonies of lives changed and updates from around the country.
